International Transfer Certificate Guidelines
We are excited to welcome international students to our football community! To participate in organized football in Canada, international students must first receive an International Transfer Certificate (ITC) through Canada Soccer.
This process ensures players are properly registered according to FIFA and Canada Soccer regulations.
Players cannot train or play until the ITC is approved.
Step 1: Notify the Club
International students who wish to play soccer in Canada must first notify the club and complete the form below.
International Student Request to Play Intake Form.
Step 2: Review and Complete the Canada Soccer ITC Checklist
International students participating in an academic exchange program must complete:
Canada Soccer Minor ITC – Checklist E (page 16)
The completed checklist must be submitted along with all required documents.
Step 3: Gather the Required Documents
The following documents must be provided in PDF format.
